MEET TY
Ty Williams attended the University of Central Florida where she received a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Interpersonal Communication. She received her Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Management from the University of Baltimore.
Ty has over 5 years in youth development. She has served two years in the AmeriCorps*VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America) program, traveled the country teaching leadership conferences, and now serves as a change agent for anyone who desires to reach their full potential. She also serves as the Executive Director of LiLa Foundation (www.lilahelps.org). Ty lives by the S.O.S motto (Service Over Self) and believes one must desire to serve. As a result of that belief, Ty is dedicated to serving others and speaking destiny into their lives. In the words of Dr. Dorothy I. Height, “Without community service, we would not have a strong quality of life. It’s important to the person who serves as well as the recipient. It’s the way in which we ourselves grow and develop.”
Through the art of public speaking, Ty has always had the desire to motivate and encourage others to reach their full potential. In essence, Ty is a woman who realized early in life that she was created to talk, teach, motivate, and serve. Ty was born with the destiny to motivate change. She wants everyone to embrace being in L.O.V.E. (Living One’s Vision Everyday) with themselves. She uses high-energy, out of the box thinking, and self-examination to help an individual discover their divine gift.
